Delivery Policy

How Will My Order be Delivered?

  • Your order will be shipped using one of our professional couriers. J.OAKLEY’S Limited will select the appropriate carrier that best suits your order.
  • It is not possible to choose the carrier or dispatch method.

Dispatch Methods for Lighting & Furniture

  • One-man delivery (door step). Most products will be by couriers, such as DHL, DPD, UPS etc.
  • Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email and/or text with estimated day of delivery if applicable a tracking number will be provided.
  • Two-man delivery. Larger items will be handled by our specialist carriers with two-man teams. As standard we will take the item to the room of your choice.

For in Stock Items - Delivery Times Will Be:

  • 3 to 21 days for small items (lighting or furniture) One-man delivery.
  • 14 to 21 days for larger items (lighting or furniture) Two-man delivery.

Note:

  • Payment will be taken in full
  • No deposit for in stock items
  • We do not offer CREDIT

Low or Out of Stock Items:

  • These will show as out of stock. Please contact us
  • You will be directed to an enquiry email or contact us via telephone
  • If in Stock the above will apply (For in Stock Items).
  • If out of stock, we will advise you, the customer, of the expected due date. It is then at your discretion to place the product on hold with J.OAKLEY’S limited
  • A 50% deposit will be required to put the item on hold

When Will my order Arrive?

  • Delivery will differ dependent upon size and nature of item.
  • After placing your order reconfirmation will be sent via email detailing the estimated dispatch and delivery dates.
  • We will endeavour to communicate a more accurate updated delivery date and time upon dispatch.

Dispatch Costs & Free Delivery

  • FREE DELIVERY on items ordered for delivery £750.00 and above.
  • Charges of £15.00 to £45.00 apply on all other items subject to weight and location of post code area.
  • Delivery charges are clearly detailed upon checkout.

Some extended areas in the UK may require additional surcharges to be applied.
